PROJECT 5000 HEALTH OUTREACH

AJIBULU PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRE, MAFOLUKU, OSHODI, LAGOS.

Indeed, Health is wealth.

The Project 5000 was a hit back-to-back. Caring community creators in partnership with Dietal Health Labs to organize a free medical Health Outreach which included the Health talk sessions to the Blood Pressure Check, Sugar Level test. BP Drugs, High Blood pressure Drugs and Medical consultations.

The main purpose of this project was to provide free medical health services to beneficiaries of Ajibulu in Mafoluku community, Lagos. This was in partnership with Dietal Health Labs.

• Free medical advice from experts.
• Free Diabetes Drug
• High BP Drugs
• Blood sugar tests

Over 150 persons (male and female) benefited from this Free Medical Outreach.
There was great support of Ajibulu Health center nurses who assisted the Doctors and paramedics to provide free medical health services.
